Confession time?

Last year I went to the trouble to create a fake Kinja account mirroring one of the front page authors. I even went to the trouble to fill the first page of the fake blog with their last 8-10 posts (just lede image and first paragraph) so if anyone clicked on the account, they would see what appeared to be the result if it was the actual person.

My end game was to recommend posts all day long, reply to some, and then start doing the same to the author at the end of the day - slowly confusing them on how they (or kinja) could be replying to themselves.

As with any prank, I could not pace myself and the account was banned before lunch. :(
